2. Strict All-Sales-Final and Return Restraints

• Exclusion of Buyer Error:** We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue cancellations for items ordered due to buyer mistake, accidental duplicate entries, change of mind, or incompatibility with your vehicle or existing tow setup.
• Defective Product Restraints:** Claims for verifiable manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing with photographic proof within 48 hours of carrier delivery.
• Condition and Fees:** Any provisionally approved return is subject to an immediate 30% restocking fee. The item must be entirely uninstalled, pristine, and in its original, unopened packaging. Any evidence of tool marks, attempted mounting, or modifications voids your return option completely.
• Shipping Responsibility:** The buyer assumes 100% of the financial liability and logistical risk for returning items to our facilities.
